I wanted to celebrate the 4th of July , by do a Cutting file from ,The Cutting Cafe. I used an oldie but goodie, Frame Shape file,and a new cutting file,4th of July .Both files are so easy to use.I used scrap paper,Jenny Bolin.Keep an eye on The Cutting Cafe.New things are on the way!

This is my take on the new sketch for 2Sketches 4 You.I used Sassafras Cherry Delicious papers,and the "Sweet Apples" came from the cutting file From The Cutting Cafe,SchooDaysPrintable Stamp Set .

Pretty In Pink

This cards just makes me feel good. I love pink and lime green together.It makes me think of Summer by the beach! Oh wish I was on the beach!!!

I used for the background paper,Enchanting (garden) from KI Memorieshttp://www.kimemories.com/, also for the flap,I used Making Memories Die Cut Bird Brocade. Ribbon I purchased in a store by the yard in NYC,sorry I do not have a company name.

If we have to cook,we need to look cool!.So this little item of fashion came from ,
The Cutting Cafe .This has been a week of crafting in the scrap box. So I really do not know about any of the papers,or ribbon.I need to use my new paper, so I can tell you the company name.( I want to be a good blogger). I really needed to clean out that darn scrap box. Maybe I should just give it all away.The teacher in me says NO, you might need it someday! ! Do I listen to the good angel on my left shoulder, or do I listen to the bad angel and keep it all.Might need it for a rainy day!

Just one more card with a coffee theme. Paper was scrap that I had from an old project. Stamp was a Verve Stamp,coffee bean was a Hero Arts Stamp. Bow was in my ribbon box, I do not know the company name.Sorry.

I Love Coffee

I love coffee,anywhere,anytime,anyplace. My favorite is hazelnut.When I found this paper I knew what I wanted to do with it. It just looks like Hazelnut coffee to me. I can not remember the name of the paper,but will post it this afternoon,when I find out. The coffee cup stamp I found at Michaels,it is a Hampton Art stamp. I could not find a link to this stamp.I will try again this afternoon.The sentiment is from Verve Stamps. The ribbon I have had for along time.Might have gotten it from Hobby Lobby.

An Old Favorite

This little guy brings me down memory lane. This is one of the first cards I ever made. Construction paper! Times have changed! Made about 75 of these cards , with the help of the school nurse, we had a ball. Great memories. This stamp is still living with me. Retired,and resting! Maybe he will come out of retirement this year, for one more round of fun.

Sweets For The Sweets

I LOVE LOVE cupcakes! Last years our family spent christmas in New York City,what a wonderful time we had with family.One day we all went to Chelsea Market. We saw cupcakes the size of Texas! New York has the largest cupcakes I have ever seen! When I saw this cute card from The Cutting Cafe III knew I had to have this sweet thing! Run over and see all the fun things you can buy

I have had such a hard time getting this blog up and going.First I forgot ALL the user names, passwords.I'm surprised they didn't what to know what was on the grocery list.The answer to that , would be salad dressing!
Then walks in the 29 year old who could stop you dead, with his blue eyes.The fix it all guy. Well it seems the blog as I knew it for 3 days was GONE in computer heaven. So we started all over again!BUMMER! He leaves me with complete directions on paper. Guess what? New blog gone!

Well, the person that I'm,took the Bull( computer) by the "horns" and started to dig into the past computer work.
Guess what? I think I have it all back! Please do not tell Blue eyes!

Hoping I can post a few pictures tomorrow!

We worked in the yard, YUK ,however when your house in on the market, you do things that you normally would NOT do !

I have wanted to have a blog for several years,but was just not ready. NOW I think would be a great time. I would like to try some card challenges,so to do that I need a blog.
Just to let you know, spelling is not my thing,could care less where to put comas,but will try to do my best!
All I really want to do is make cards!

Now that I have this blog, I need to learn how to post my cards. If someone reads this ,Please HELP.
